How do I register for VEIC 2027?
Head to the Registration page, choose the category that applies to you (Delegate, Student, Higher Speciality – DrNB/DM Trainees, etc.), and complete the online payment form. You will receive a confirmation email with your registration receipt once payment is processed.
What is included in the registration fee?
Registration includes access to all scientific sessions, conference kit, delegate badge, and meals/refreshments on both conference days (January 8th & 9th, 2027), along with the entitlements applicable to your Registration Category as listed under "Registration Categories & Eligibility" below. Can I get a refund if I cancel my registration?
Please contact the conference secretariat directly at netconferencecmc@gmail.com regarding cancellations. Please note that refunds are not permitted after registration. Any applicable cancellation policies or exceptional circumstances will be handled at the discretion of the conference secretariat.

Higher Speciality – DrNB/DM Trainees — who is eligible and what does it include?
DrNB/DM trainees are eligible to register under this category at a concessional registration rate.
As this category is offered at a concessional rate, participants are required to mandatorily upload a permission letter from their Organization/Institution, duly approved by the Head of Unit (HOU) or Head of Department (HOD), where applicable.

Abstract Submission
How do I submit an abstract?
Abstracts can be submitted through the Abstracts Submission Page page, using your Conference Registration Number and Registered Email Address. Please review the submission guidelines and formatting requirements listed there before submitting.
What is the last date for abstract submission?
The abstract submission deadline is 15th November, 2026, For more details please refer the Abstracts Guidelines page Abstracts Guidelinesand updated there if extended — please check that page for the current cut-off date.
Will I be notified if my abstract is accepted?
Yes. All submitters will receive an email notification regarding acceptance status, along with presentation details (oral or poster) if accepted. For more details visit Abstracts Guidelines Page
How do I submit an E-Poster?
Once the reviewer has selected your abstract for E-Poster presentation, you will be notified via your registered email ID.
You can then submit your E-Poster using your Abstract Number and Registered Email Address.

Where is the conference being held?
VEIC 2027 will be held at New Examination Hall, CMC Bagayam Campus, Christian Medical College (CMC) Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India. Full directions are available on the Venue page.
What are the nearest airport and railway station?
The nearest major airport is Chennai International Airport (~2.5–3 hours by road) and Bengalure International Airport (~4–4.5 hours by road). Katpadi Junction is the nearest railway station to Vellore, roughly 15–20 minutes from the venue depending on your hotel. Visit Travel Page for more details.
