Oral Presentation Guidelines
Please review the guidelines below before your oral presentation at VEIC 2027.
- Oral presentations must be in PowerPoint format and brought on a USB drive to the designated hall at least 15 minutes in advance for uploading.
- Personal laptops and other digital devices (e.g., tablets, iPads) are not permitted for presentations.
- Only registered participants will be allowed to present.
- The total presentation duration is 10 minutes: 8 minutes for the presentation and 2 minutes for discussion. Please adhere to these timings to avoid negative marking.
- You are requested to remain in the presentation hall until all your co-participants have finished presenting.
