E-Poster Guidelines
Please review the guidelines below before preparing your e-poster for VEIC 2027.
- The poster presentation is going to be in e-poster format.
- The e-poster should be in landscape mode.
- A template of e-poster will be provided for download from the link.
- The poster should be made in the template provided only.
- The poster should not be too cluttered and should follow a clear and logical flow, with reading material reduced to an absolute minimum.
- Keep fonts simple and use only one or two different fonts.
- Keep the minimum font size as 20-24pt.
- Keep text to a minimum.
- Make use of graphics wherever possible.
- Before uploading, please rename your poster with your Abstract Number.
- Completed e-poster to be uploaded online (Click on PPT Icon to download the format). Last date for uploading the e-poster is 2nd January, 2027, 11:00 PM.
